Burdock is a detoxifying herb that in magic is often used for cleansing and protection. It can be used in purification rituals and to flush out unwanted or negative energy. Burdock is also an excellent herb for use in warding, uncrossing, and to prevent others from putting “roots” (curses) on the user. Burdock also finds its way into sex magic, vitality rituals, and fertility.
